What you'll do

• Own regional P&L

• oversee fleet routing, maintenance, utilization, DOT compliance, driver performance, and safety

• support hiring and retention
• drive customer acquisition and retention
• address customer concerns
• improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• maintain company, safety, and local regulatory compliance
• travel regularly to regional sites, with some overnight travel possible.
