Experienced Line Cook — Tex-Mex Kitchen

The Experienced Line Cook role is onsite in Avondale Estates, GA, and pays $17–$20 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, build sheets, and presentation standards
• work multiple stations
• maintain quality, consistency, portioning, and ticket times
• set up and stock stations
• complete line checks and temperature logs
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• and support kitchen opening, service, and closing tasks.
