What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders
• prepare apartments for move-in as assigned
• perform general maintenance, installations, and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment, snow removal, and landscaping
• respond to emergencies
• maintain office, shop, storage, and mechanical areas
• attend required training and meetings.
