What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and other daily living activities
• provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• offer companionship and emotional support
• follow Individual Support Plans
• support community outings
• observe and report changes in behavior or condition and chart observations
• drive or assist with transportation
• maintain safety and dignity.
