What you'll do

• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and follow-up
• guide employees and supervisors on FMLA and leave of absence matters
• track leaves and send required notices
• maintain confidential employee records
• assist with benefits open enrollment
• respond to policy and employee-relations inquiries and investigate workplace concerns
• conduct exit and employee interviews
• support recruitment across locations
• update job descriptions
• distribute HR information
• administer employee surveys
• assist with HR projects, wellness screenings, and employee events
• comply with safety and GMP requirements.
