What you'll do

• Lead and grow the flight controls and GNC team
• review control models, analyses, and generated code
• own controls releases into flight test and support console operations
• work with certification teams on the production control system's design basis and evidence plan
• establish shared modeling, verification, code-generation, and qualified-tool practices
• integrate with simulation, autonomy, embedded, aerodynamics, systems engineering, and test teams.
