The Two-Year-Old Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Lee’s Summit, MO. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The teacher supports The Learning Experience’s two-year-old classroom and its goal of helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The role creates a safe, engaging classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways suited to young children. It supports children’s academic and emotional development while building communication and working relationships with families and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming classroom for young children
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• provide a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play
• communicate children’s progress and activities to parents
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers
• and assist with potty training.

Why this role
