What you'll do

• Coach an average of 8–10 classes per week
• uphold coaching standards and provide coach feedback
• manage daily studio operations, scheduling systems, opening and closing, inventory, and administrative tasks
• ensure class coverage and facility readiness
• conduct member goal-setting calls and re-engage at-risk members
• manage community communications and events
• report to the Dual General Manager.
