What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate care planning
• assess and reassess patients across age groups
• triage patients and assign categories
• assess and manage pain
• monitor hemodynamic status and cardiac rhythms
• administer medications and IV fluids
• perform waived point-of-care testing and act on results
• maintain accurate nursing documentation
• communicate with patients, families, peers, and physicians
• follow safety, infection-control, and departmental procedures.
