What you'll do

  • Support FBI victim services providers with administrative and case-management duties
  • answer phones, prepare reports, track work, manage correspondence and calendars
  • develop and update VNS standard operating procedures
  • process mail and prepare documents
  • enter and analyze data
  • maintain files and records
  • process information in FBI systems and SharePoint
  • coordinate with internal and external offices
  • assist with system testing and training
  • mentor new analysts.
