What you'll do

• Select, develop, and prepare new restaurant opening trainers
• coordinate pre-opening checklists, travel, hiring-site setup, training materials, and onsite training
• conduct service and training visits
• coach service teams on standards and product knowledge
• maintain training materials
• support operational agendas and training rollouts.
