What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and resident activities
• review service plans
• assist with and document medication administration using the Six Rights
• report concerns
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs.
