The Associate Attorney — Estate Planning & Elder Law role is onsite in Woburn, MA, with annual compensation of $90,000–$100,000. Monteforte Law helps Massachusetts families make decisions about assets, aging, long-term care, and loved ones. The attorney works with the legal team on estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law, and long-term-care planning. The role is intended to develop a client counselor who can analyze legal issues, advise clients, take ownership of matters, and lead planning meetings.

What you'll do

• Analyze legal issues
• help design estate plans
• counsel clients
• review and supervise work
• take ownership of client matters
• and, as readiness develops, lead client planning meetings. Work across estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law, and long-term-care planning.
