What you'll do

• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment-turn tasks
• troubleshoot and perform routine repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, painting, and drywall
• maintain property-owned equipment and inventory and order supplies
• help care for grounds and perform seasonal landscaping and snow removal
• respond to after-hours service requests as part of the on-call rotation
• provide professional, friendly resident service. Pool maintenance may apply at the community.
