What you'll do

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries
• maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
• review general ledger activity
• track debt and assist with lender covenant reporting
• support weekly payroll
• assist with project invoice entry and contract documentation
• record fixed assets and depreciation
• maintain lease schedules
• prepare audit schedules
• support process improvements and statutory filings.
