What you'll do

• Lead field operations across assigned projects
• plan staffing and field execution
• participate in constructability reviews and mobilization
• coordinate with project management, BIM/VDC, prefab, procurement, and project controls
• monitor productivity, manpower, schedules, and risks
• implement corrective plans
• maintain safety and quality standards
• support commissioning and closeout
• mentor field leaders.
