The Rolling Mill Machine Operator role is onsite in Attleboro, MA, on a four-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. LeachGarner manufactures and processes precious-metal products for customer needs. The operator sets up and runs precision rolling mill equipment to reduce flat-stock gauge and meet thickness and tolerance specifications. The role supports production quality through machine adjustments, material handling, measurement, inspection, troubleshooting, and accurate records.

• Set up and operate rolling mill equipment
