Hospice Medical Director

The Hospice Medical Director is an onsite role based in Venice, FL. This position supports the Affinity Care of Sarasota team by providing overall medical direction and oversight for the hospice program. The role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality end-of-life care. The Medical Director acts as a clinical resource for the interdisciplinary group, manages symptom control protocols, and represents the hospice program to the community and healthcare partners.
