What you'll do

• Perform skilled registered-nurse visits in patients’ homes
• manage PICC lines, port-a-caths, peripheral IVs, and G-tubes
• administer IV antibiotics and infusion therapies per physician orders
• draw blood and handle lab specimens
• monitor treatment response and report condition changes
• complete clinical documentation
• communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and agency staff
• educate patients and caregivers on medications, line care, and safety.
