Senior Procurement Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee purchasing for direct and indirect materials and capital expenditures
• maintain procurement policy compliance and audit-ready records
• manage inventory levels and material shortage mitigation
• develop sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
• negotiate agreements and assess supplier performance
• lead procurement systems, dashboards, and analytics improvements
• support cGMP, FDA, customer, and internal quality requirements
• collaborate across functions
• manage cost performance and procurement savings
• hire, lead, develop, and retain the procurement and sourcing team.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing and 3+ years of leadership experience. Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
