Job overview

The Personal Banker role is onsite in St Joseph, MO. Compensation is $20.00–$24.50 per hour, with additional monthly incentive compensation based on established goals. The role supports Academy Bank’s client service and banking center operations. This position builds relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifies financial needs, and recommends banking products and services. It also supports accurate account opening and transactions while contributing to individual and team sales goals.
