Event Services Supervisor

The Event Services Supervisor role is onsite in Panama City Beach, FL. The base rate is $16 per hour plus a share in the team gratuity pool. The position supports private dinners, weddings, and corporate gatherings for RC Hospitality Solutions and its guests. The supervisor leads banquet service teams and coordinates event execution from setup through breakdown. The role helps deliver events that meet client expectations by coordinating with the culinary team, responding to host needs, and overseeing service quality and logistics.

What you'll do

• Direct banquet servers, bartenders, and setup teams through room setup, pre-shift huddles, service, and breakdown
• execute Banquet Event Orders
• coordinate food timing, presentation, and dietary requirements with the Culinary Team
• serve as the on-floor liaison for hosts, planners, and members
• conduct table checks
• oversee care of china, glass, and silver
• and report facility maintenance needs.
