What you'll do

• Continuously scan the pool
• recognize and respond to emergencies
• activate branch and pool emergency action plans
• perform assists or rescues as needed
• provide CPR, first aid, and emergency oxygen as needed
• complete incident reports
• enforce pool rules
• help clean and test the pool when off the stand
• participate in safety drills and required in-service training.
