• Supervise medication and treatment delivery and RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides where applicable
• complete admission and routine resident assessments
• monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• support activities of daily living
• maintain documentation
• communicate with teams and families
• follow infection-control and safety standards.
