What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and chef direction
• maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
• set up event kitchens
• load and unload ingredients and equipment
• assist with event setup and breakdown
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• communicate issues to the Event Chef and coordinate with culinary and front-of-house staff.
