What you'll do

• Organize classroom space, materials, and routines
• develop and implement age-appropriate activities
• use community resources and approved curriculum
• maintain an inclusive, clean learning environment
• support children’s communication, development, and self-help skills
• observe and assess children
• participate in IEP staffing and cross-component meetings
• communicate with parents and conduct conferences or home visits as needed
• complete lesson plans and reports
• attend required meetings and training
• supervise assigned volunteers.
