Director of Contracts

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Contracts team
• negotiate, administer, and manage prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other agreements
• review solicitations and modifications
• process awards, funding actions, extensions, and closeouts
• advise leadership on contractual risk and compliance
• ensure FAR and DFARS compliance
• support reviews and audits
• partner with internal teams
• maintain contract records and systems
• build relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
