What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and web inquiries

• manage a two-week forward-looking schedule and dispatch technicians by priority, geography, and skillset
• communicate daily schedule changes to field staff
• enter jobs and notes in ServiceTitan
• follow up on open estimates
• assist with invoices and QuickBooks coordination
• track booking and schedule fill rates.
