What you'll do

• Conduct research and site evaluations

• gather and evaluate information on zoning, land use, utilities, environmental constraints, and infrastructure availability
• coordinate with stakeholders
• prepare reports and planning documents
• identify risks, opportunities, and constraints affecting site feasibility and entitlement strategy.
