The Inpatient Psychiatrist role is onsite in Birmingham, AL, at a 22-bed adult-only facility. Compensation is $325,000–$375,000+ annually. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month of call. Korzen Health is seeking a physician to provide evidence-based inpatient psychiatric care and support patient stabilization and safety. The psychiatrist evaluates and treats acute psychiatric conditions through daily rounds, comprehensive evaluations, and medication management. The role also provides consultations, supervises mid-level providers, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
