Furnace Unload Operator — Night Shift

The Furnace Unload Operator role is onsite in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The position supports glass handling and measurement at a furnace operation. The role moves glass through the furnace process by loading pieces from racks or carts and unloading them back onto racks or carts. It contributes to product handling and specification checks by transporting glass and measuring each piece; training is provided for the duties.

What you'll do

• Load glass from racks or carts onto the furnace or unload glass from the furnace onto racks or carts
• transport glass by carrying it or using appropriate machinery
• measure each piece with a tape measure to check specifications. Training takes place on day shift for 2–3 weeks before the move to night shift.
