What you'll do

• Lead monthly close, financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities
• oversee development and construction accounting, project costs, contractor billings, and cost-to-complete analysis
• manage accounting for homesite sales, inventory, and transactions
• oversee accounting for club and community operations
• prepare cash-flow forecasts
• maintain controls and documentation
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• lead a small accounting team.
