Job overview

The Management & Sales Training Program is a full-time, onsite entry-level position based in Easton, MD. This accelerated program is designed to prepare participants for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. This role exists to develop future leaders through comprehensive training in operations, sales, and strategy. Participants collaborate with store management to oversee business operations and grow market share by selling to commercial users.

What you'll do

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support employee training and development.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls.
