What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• coordinate renovations in occupied facilities
• develop scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk plans
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations
• maintain project schedules, resolve or escalate issues, facilitate status meetings, and guide teams through implementation.
