The Home Care Aide (HCA) role is onsite in Torrance, CA, providing services in clients’ homes. Compensation is $19 to $21 per hour. Right at Home Torrance provides in-home care and assistance intended to support clients’ independence and well-being. The aide provides companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while communicating with clients, families, and care staff. The role helps clients remain safe and supported in their home setting; assistance with medical conditions and medications may occur under a licensed nurse’s supervision.
