What you'll do

• Answer service-department calls and assist customers at the counter
• help schedule work and answer questions
• advise on repairs within established guidelines
• communicate additional repair needs
• create and review repair orders and technician notes
• process warranty claims
• generate reports and paperwork
• review technician time postings
• assist with equipment pickup, drop-off, loading, and unloading
• coordinate equipment transportation and delivery
• support shop regulatory compliance.
