What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• unload food supplies
• monitor stock and report shortages
• coordinate ordering and replacement of supplies and equipment
• guide new or contract staff on kitchen tasks and food handling
• maintain kitchen safety and health compliance
• clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• process guest requests
• report repairs and unsafe conditions
• maintain cleaning equipment and inspect buildings and rooms.
