What you'll do

• Greet members and direct them to staff or branch services
• assist with ATM use, coin counting machines, and safety deposit boxes
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances
• verify cash totals and balance transactions
• educate members about products and services
• balance ATMs, coin counters, and cash dispensing or recycling machines
• attend required meetings and training
• and support the credit union’s brand platform.
