Compensation is $17–$0 per hour. The Day Treatment Paraprofessional role is onsite in Black Creek, NC, with compensation of $17 per hour. The paraprofessional works with a Day Treatment team that includes a Licensed Professional Team Leader, program director, and Qualified Professionals. The role assists Qualified Professionals in supporting children and adolescents as they build coping strategies, social skills, and other skills for functioning at school, home, and in the community. It contributes through direct client contact, group activities, team coordination, and attention to client safety and progress.

What you'll do

• Participate in service planning and weekly team meetings
• provide skill-building activities in daily living, socialization, adaptation, leisure, symptom management, and wellness
• report incidents and changes in client status
• support client dignity, safety, and rights
• follow confidentiality and agency procedures
• participate in required continuing education.
