Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Spark by Hilton in Mesa, AZ. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. The technician maintains the hotel property, guest rooms, and public areas to support a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members. The role responds to maintenance needs, performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs, and coordinates with hotel management and outside contractors. What you'll do

• Repair and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• assist with preventive maintenance for rooms and building systems
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• inspect property for safety and cleanliness
• maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
• assist with renovations and improvement projects
• coordinate repairs and contractors with management.
