Service & Route Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
• provide in-person customer support
• optimize service schedules and assign technician routes
• set up and maintain customer accounts
• track service completion and resolve scheduling conflicts with field teams
• process invoices, work orders, and discounts
• coordinate real-time communication with field teams
• monitor call volumes and propose process improvements.
