What you'll do

• Recruit independent insurance agencies and develop new business opportunities
• build relationships with current and prospective agency partners
• promote insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• conduct cold calls, in-person visits, meetings, and follow-ups
• assist with appointments, onboarding, and training
• coordinate with underwriting and claims
• monitor agency engagement and policy production
• and represent the company at industry events.
