What you'll do

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities to improve strength, balance, endurance, cognition, and fine motor skills.
• Utilize adaptive equipment and train patients on compensatory strategies.
• Accurately document daily treatment sessions and progress toward established goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility and regulatory guidelines.
