The Cook Supervisor — The Terrace role is onsite in New Holland, PA. Pay is $21 per hour. The position is full time, five days a week, with every other weekend from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role supports The Terrace, Garden Spot Village’s restaurant concept, with a seasonally crafted menu. The Cook Supervisor prepares and serves food while leading and supporting dining services personnel. The role contributes to consistent, high-quality food service by guiding kitchen work, following recipes and dietary needs, maintaining food safety standards, and helping plan production and supplies.

What you'll do

• Prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, and serve food
• assist with supervision of Dining Services personnel
• guide, assist, train, and assign tasks as lead cook
• prepare bakery items and meals according to customer needs or dietary restrictions
• assist with food ordering and inventory
• follow menus, recipes, HACCP procedures, and applicable standards
• estimate production needs and requisition supplies
• maintain service quality and follow workplace policies.
