What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, transfers, and safe movement
• monitor medications according to care plans and document changes
• record assessments in the EHR
• prepare meals and encourage nutrition and hydration
• check vital signs and report significant changes
• provide emotional support
• perform CPR, crisis intervention, and medication administration using agency-trained protocols
• complete housekeeping and laundry duties.
