It uses workforce insights and practical HR guidance to address organizational needs, manage employee relations, and support people strategies and change across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Align HR plans with business objectives
• advise regional and executive leaders
• use workforce analytics to inform retention, engagement, labor productivity, and compliance
• assess organizational needs and recommend solutions
• lead regional HR initiatives and change efforts
• support the employee lifecycle
• manage complex employee relations matters
• travel to locations within the designated region as needed.
