Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager role is full-time and onsite in Shreveport, LA. The stated salary range is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Module X Solutions designs, engineers, and manufactures modular products for corporate and government customers across industries including renewable energy, network infrastructure, battery storage, telecommunications, petrochemical, utility, and transportation. The manager leads the quality function supporting production and shipping, ensuring products meet customer, drawing, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role develops quality leaders, coordinates inspection coverage, manages audits and documentation, and drives corrective action and process improvement to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead quality assurance supervisors and inspectors
• ensure safety and PPE compliance
• support production and shipping schedules
• coach supervisors and inspectors
• address nonconforming products and customer complaints
• conduct internal audits
• support the quality management system
• perform root-cause analysis
• maintain quality documentation and equipment calibration records
• support Lean tools and KPI improvement.
