The Biller/Collector III is an onsite role based in West Covina, CA. The compensation for this position is $27.00–$28.00 per hour, and the role supports the finance department at Volt. This role exists to lead a team in the collection and recovery of payments for delinquent medical accounts. The Biller/Collector III will supervise staff, coach team members, and interact with payers to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate revenue cycle management.

What you'll do

• Collect and recover payments for delinquent medical accounts.
• Initiate outbound calls to patients and insurance companies.
• Talk with payers to resolve problems and gather information.
• Work with customers to arrange collection solutions.
• Supervise and coach other Biller/Collectors.
• Track and trend accounts receivable.
