What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy as needed
• assist with treatment planning, youth intake, psychosocial documentation, and case management
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• consult on assessments and discharge plans
• maintain accurate client documentation
• participate in treatment team meetings and support compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and JCAHO standards.
