What you'll do

• Welcome guests at an assigned resort desk
• learn guest interests and recommend tours and activities
• promote and sell company-operated tours and partner activities
• book activities, make dinner reservations, and arrange transportation
• help create itineraries
• provide directions and local information
• explain booking details and pickup times
• maintain accurate booking records
• follow up on requests and resolve issues
• support location goals with teammates.
